General Yoga Classes

Breathe, Flow, Connect

The yoga I teach is accessible and tailored to support you wherever you are. There is a strong focus on creating a solid foundation with the breath. Through this connection you are able to intuitively guide yourself through your practice, choosing mindfully from the various strength options offered. The breath creates a link between the body and mind, uniting the two and creating balance.

When practiced regularly over time, yoga helps you to find stillness through motion. Through practice you are able to transfer this from your mat and into your daily life. This class really is the best of both worlds, providing strength, stamina and flexibility alongside an introspective practice where you can release, soften and slow down. You will leave feeling more balanced, calm and at home in yourself.

If you are new to yoga, I recommend completing my beginners course to get a great foundation to feel confident and at ease practicing in this general class.

Beginners Yoga Block

Connect, Strengthen, Discover

Yoga can seem intimidating. But the truth is, yoga is for everyone. Discover your stable foundation in this 6-week beginner course. Designed for absolute beginners or for those looking for a refresher of the basics.

Over the 6 weeks, you’ll be introduced to common yoga poses, basic philosophy, breathing exercises and meditation in a relaxed environment. You don’t need to touch your toes to do this course or any yoga class for a matter of fact.

All mats and props are provided for use, but you are welcome to bring your own. Spaces in this course are limited avoid disappointment and register your spot today.
