Hi, I’m Andi and I am here to hold space for you. A space where you can delve into and discover the calm within. You know it’s there; for it never left you. Our modern lifestyle is so busy, so fast and so full it’s often hard to see the blue sky through the clouds. But when we sit, breath and tune inwards we get a glimpse of what that beautiful blue sky looks like; calm, quite and peaceful. When we learn to trust and allow life to unravel; in the beautiful, chaotic, joyful and messy way that it does there is less resistance and more openness. I’m here to share my experience and knowledge of yoga, meditation, hypnobirthing and motherhood to support you on your journey of self care. Find out more about me here.

Hypnobirthing
The Positive Birth Program, Hypnobubs™ is a modern and independent childbirth education program, which will help you summon your natural instincts and prepare you with the knowledge, tools and supports for your birth. Utilizing deep relaxation, visualisations, massage, breathing, self-hypnosis and evidence based information about birth so you can make the right decisions for you and your baby. You deserve the birth of your baby to be the most positive and empowering day of your life
Yoga
The yoga I teach is accessible and tailored to support you wherever you are. There is a strong focus on creating a solid foundation with the breath. Through this connection you are able to intuitively guide yourself through your practice, choosing mindfully from the various strength options offered. When practiced regularly over time, yoga helps you to find stillness through motion. Through practice you are able to transfer this from your mat and into your daily life. You will leave feeling more balanced, calm and at home in yourself.
Pre + Postnatal
The prenatal yoga and mums and bubs yoga that I teach is designed to nurture and support women through this beautiful yet challenging time of change and transformation. The beauty of this practice is that you can take it at your own pace, learning to connect inwards and listen to your body - connecting your breath, body, mind and baby. It’s such a beautiful opportunity to meet other mamas; creating a community for women to lean in and support each other.
